Tenants Decide From Abroad
Expat families and corporate HR teams often choose a compound before anyone lands in Riyadh. Without a way to look around remotely, a strong compound can lose out to one that is easier to picture.
Manzili built a compound virtual tour of Andorra Village in Riyadh: 17 3D tours of its homes, pools and shared spaces, so families and HR teams abroad can explore first.

Compound leasing in Riyadh is won or lost long before a prospect walks through the gate.
Expat families and corporate HR teams often choose a compound before anyone lands in Riyadh. Without a way to look around remotely, a strong compound can lose out to one that is easier to picture.
Photos and brochures show finishes, not flow. Prospects cannot tell how rooms connect, how big a garden feels or how far the pool is, so questions pile up and decisions slow down.
Leasing teams spend hours walking prospects through homes that were never the right fit. Every wasted viewing is time taken away from corporate accounts and serious families who are ready to sign.
In March and April 2025 Manzili captured 17 Matterport 3D tours at Andorra Village: one home of every type, the Andorra Hotel, five pools and the community center. Andorra's team then put the tours to work across its sales and marketing.

Prospects can walk through one home of each of Andorra's eight types, from the 1-bedroom Vivant A apartment at 65 m² to the 5-bedroom Mansio. Short-stay guests can step into the Andorra Hotel's lobby and rooms. Everyone sees how rooms connect and which layout fits before they visit.

For many families the compound matters as much as the home. Manzili toured five of Andorra's pools, from the Olympic pool to the Main/Lagoon pool, plus the community center and its fitness area, so prospects can see where they will swim, train and unwind.

Andorra used the tours across its whole leasing journey: on its website and property pages, in WhatsApp and email follow-ups, in packs for corporate HR teams, on social media and in the leasing office. Every prospect sees the same homes, wherever and whenever they are deciding.
These are the same tours Andorra's prospects use. Open one and move through it at your own pace, on desktop or phone.
Andorra Village's leasing increased after the tours went live, and the tours are still part of how its team leases homes today.

Cost depends on how many home types, pools and amenities you want toured, how large each space is and where the tours will be used. Manzili reviews your homes and amenities with you first, then quotes for that exact scope, so you only pay for the spaces that help you lease.
It depends on how many homes, pools and amenities are in scope. Each home type is captured once, in one representative home, and shared facilities can often be covered in the same site visits. Manzili agrees the shoot schedule and the go-live date with your team before any work starts.
Disruption is kept to a minimum. Home-type tours are normally captured in a vacant or show home, so no occupied home is entered. Pools and other shared areas can be scanned at quiet hours agreed with your management team, and shoots are planned so that residents do not appear in the tours.
Anywhere you can share a link. Andorra Village uses its Matterport tours on its website and property pages, in WhatsApp and email follow-ups, in corporate HR packs, on social media and in the leasing office. The tours open in a web browser on phone or desktop, so prospects need no special app.
Expat families and HR teams often choose a home before anyone can visit Riyadh. A 3D tour lets them walk each room, check the layout and see the pools and amenities from anywhere, at any hour. HR teams can share the same tour with relocating employees, which makes corporate leasing decisions easier to agree.
They can. Prospects who have already walked a home online know its layout and size before they book a visit. Those who are not a fit can rule themselves out early, and those who do book arrive with fewer open questions, so your leasing team spends more of its time on serious prospects.
